Hamptons & East End Communities
The Hamptons represent our longest regular service corridor — 90 minutes to 2.5 hours from Manhattan depending on time, day, and seasonal conditions. All rates are flat regardless of exact Hamptons town. East Hampton Airport (HTO) and Gabreski Airport (FOK) transfers also available.
Seasonal note: Summer Friday afternoon and Sunday evening travel in the Hamptons corridor can add 45–90 minutes to drive times. We build this into our scheduling — always book early and allow buffer time for summer departures.

Not included in starting rate: Tolls are charged at cost on all routes. Airport parking fees apply at EWR and JFK where the chauffeur waits. A minimum 15% gratuity is applied to all jobs where applicable. Time & Day
Late-night pickups, early-morning departures, holiday travel, and peak Hamptons weekends (Memorial Day–Labor Day) may result in rates above the listed starting price.
NJ to JFK / LGA Surcharge
Trips from New Jersey to JFK or LGA require extended cross-metropolitan routing compared to EWR. A distance surcharge applies — confirm the exact fare with dispatch before booking.
Weather & Safety
During hazardous weather conditions — heavy snow, ice, severe storms — we reserve the right to apply a safety surcharge or, in extreme cases, cancel service for the safety of our drivers and clients.
Minimum 15% Gratuity
A minimum 15% gratuity is applied to all jobs where applicable. Additional gratuity is always at your discretion and appreciated by your chauffeur.
Tolls & Parking
Tolls are passed through at cost on all routes. Airport parking fees (EWR, JFK) are added at cost when the chauffeur waits. These are never marked up.

Pricing FAQ
Do your rates include tolls?
Tolls are not included in the base rate. They are charged at cost and added to your final invoice. This includes bridge tolls (GWB, Triborough), tunnel tolls (Lincoln, Holland, Queens-Midtown), and highway tolls on routes like the Sunrise Highway and Garden State Parkway.
Is gratuity included?
A minimum 15% gratuity is applied to all jobs where applicable. This is not optional — it is built into the final confirmed fare. Additional gratuity beyond 15% is always welcome and at your discretion.
Do you charge surge pricing on holidays or weekends?
No — never. Your Luxury Limo uses flat-rate pricing exclusively. The rate is the same on New Year's Eve, Fourth of July weekend in the Hamptons, or a Tuesday morning in February. The quoted rate is always the rate you pay.
How far in advance do I need to book?
We require a minimum of 12 hours advance notice for all reservations. For Hamptons travel during peak summer season (Memorial Day through Labor Day), we recommend booking several days in advance to confirm vehicle availability — especially for Friday departures and Sunday returns.
Do you provide Sprinter van service?
Yes — Sprinter van service is available for groups, but pricing varies based on route, group size, and schedule. There is no standard rate listed because each Sprinter booking is custom-quoted. Call 225-500-0045 or submit the booking form and we will provide a quote promptly.
Are these rates for one-way or round-trip?
All rates listed are one-way, point-to-point. Round-trip pricing is simply double the one-way rate unless there are significant wait times or the return is scheduled more than a few hours later, in which case we quote separately.
