How the JFK Arrival Process Works
After booking, you receive a confirmation with your chauffeur's name, contact, and terminal meeting point. On the day of arrival, we track your inbound flight in real time. Your chauffeur is at the arrivals curb or baggage claim exit with a name board — your choice, confirmed at booking. Thirty minutes of complimentary wait time is included for domestic arrivals; 45 minutes for international flights clearing Terminal 4 customs.
If your flight is delayed, your chauffeur adjusts automatically. You are never billed for waiting caused by a delayed inbound aircraft. If you have oversized luggage, golf bags, or ski equipment, note it at booking so we can confirm the appropriate vehicle size.
