These Terms of Service outline the policies governing reservations, cancellations, service conditions, and passenger responsibilities when using Your Luxury Limo chauffeur transportation services throughout New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and the Hamptons.

1. Booking & Cancellation
A minimum of 12 hours notice is required for online bookings. Cancellations must be made at least 3 hours before pickup for NYC local trips and 12 hours before for Hamptons or out-of-town transfers to avoid a full trip charge. Submission of a reservation or payment constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Service.
If you need to change pickup time, vehicle size, or add stops, please notify us as early as possible to confirm availability.
2. Wait Time & Fees
Wait time is billed at $1.25/min for Sedans and $1.50/min for SUVs after the grace period. Passengers are responsible for all tolls and parking fees incurred during the trip.
Additional charges may apply for extra stops, route changes, or extended as-directed service beyond the scheduled window.
3. Passenger Conduct
All vehicles are 100% non-smoking. Damages to the vehicle interior caused by passengers will result in a cleaning or repair fee billed to the primary traveler.
For safety, chauffeurs may refuse service in situations involving unsafe behavior or illegal activity.
4. Service Scope
Your Luxury Limo provides pre-arranged, reservation-only transportation. We are not an on-demand taxi or rideshare service. Service availability depends on scheduling, vehicle availability, and operational constraints.
5. Delays & Limitations
Travel times can be affected by traffic, weather, road closures, airport terminal congestion, and events beyond our control. While we plan routes carefully, we cannot guarantee exact arrival times.
6. Lost Items
Please check the vehicle before exiting. If an item is left behind, contact us as soon as possible. We will make a reasonable effort to locate items, but we are not responsible for lost or unattended property.
7. Payments
Charges may include base fare, tolls, parking, wait time, and any approved add-ons (extra stops, upgrades, extended service). Payment processing may be handled through third-party, PCI-compliant providers.
8. Pricing, Hourly Billing & Surcharges
Hourly chauffeur service is billed in full hourly increments. Partial hours are rounded up to the next billing hour. Minimum hourly booking requirements may vary based on pickup location, drop-off destination, total mileage, travel time, and vehicle availability.
Parking fees, tolls, congestion charges, airport fees, and other third-party transportation costs will be added to the final trip total when applicable.
Your Luxury Limo reserves the right to apply seasonal, holiday, severe weather, high-demand event, or operational surcharges when required to maintain service availability and driver scheduling.
All pricing estimates provided before booking are subject to final confirmation based on trip details, routing, timing, and service conditions.
9. Limitation of Liability & Dispute Resolution
Your Luxury Limo provides transportation services subject to road, traffic, weather, airport operations, and other conditions beyond our control. While every effort is made to operate on schedule, we do not guarantee arrival or travel times and shall not be held responsible for delays caused by traffic congestion, weather conditions, mechanical issues, road closures, airline schedule changes, or circumstances outside of our reasonable control.
Your Luxury Limo shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages including, but not limited to, missed flights, missed appointments, lost business opportunities, or personal expenses resulting from service delays or cancellations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, total liability for any claim arising from services provided shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific reservation in question.
All vehicles operated by Your Luxury Limo are insured in accordance with applicable state and federal regulations. Any claims arising from vehicle accidents or incidents shall be handled through the applicable insurance provider in accordance with governing insurance policies.
Any dispute or claim arising from the use of our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of New York, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
