How do I book a ride?
Use the online booking form above, or call 225-500-0045 to speak with dispatch. We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to guarantee availability.
What is included in the airport transfer rate?
All airport transfers include real-time flight tracking, meet & greet service, and complimentary wait time — 30 minutes for domestic flights and 45 minutes for international arrivals. Tolls and taxes are included in quoted rates.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be made at least 3 hours prior for NYC local service and 12 hours prior for Hamptons or out-of-town transfers.
Do you offer corporate accounts?
Yes. Volume discounts and dedicated corporate billing are available upon request. Contact us to set up an account with priority booking and consolidated monthly invoicing.
What areas do you serve?
We serve the full NYC Tri-State area including all five boroughs, Long Island, Nassau County, Suffolk County, The Hamptons, New Jersey, and Connecticut. Long-distance transfers to Philadelphia and Boston are also available.
Do you handle international arrivals?
Yes. We track both international and domestic flights to ensure your chauffeur is waiting upon arrival. 45 minutes of complimentary wait time is included for all international arrivals.
